Nursing Service
Licensed nurses provide initial assessments, care planning, patient teaching and medical care under the general direction of a physician. Personnel are available on a "per visit" basis or an hourly basis (from 4 to 24 hours daily).

Ali'i Services
Private duty home care services specifically tailored to unique individual needs. Includes 24 hour availability of a specialty trained case manager, assistance with social obligations and home management, in addition to health care services.

Rehabilitation
Rehabilitative therapists help you regain and maintain your independence after an illness or accident. Our therapists provide evaluations and home exercise programs concentrating on those activities most meaningful to recovery and independence.

Personal Care
Experienced home care aides assist with bathing, grooming, meal preparation and other household tasks necessary to your convalescence.

Social Services
Medical Social Workers help patients and families cope with emotional and financial concerns regarding care management or long-term-care placement.

Nutritional Service
A Registered Dietitian helps patients comply with special diets through consultation, diet-analysis and individual meal planning around nutritional needs and desires.

Chore Services
Homemakers and Companions can assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, respite care and other tasks to help you or your family during an illness or convalescence.

Medical Supplies
Disposable supplies needed during your home care can be arranged by Kokua Nurses staff.
